About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, love being the center of attention, and have a passion for creating perfect parties. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun-filled experience for guests at Urban Air. The company offers training to work in various park positions, ensuring the role remains engaging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests warmly as they are the first point of contact and may offer tips.
• Set up party rooms, assist parents and guests, and serve food like pizza.
• Manage party timing, energize the atmosphere, and prepare the room for subsequent guests.
• Train to work in each position of the Park to diversify job roles.
