About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, love being the center of attention, and have a passion for creating perfect parties. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun-filled experience for guests at Urban Air. The company offers training to work in various park positions, ensuring the role remains dynamic and engaging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests warmly and professionally, as you will be the first point of contact and eligible for tips.
• Execute parties flawlessly, including setting up the party room, assisting guests, and serving food like pizza.
• Manage party timing effectively, knowing when to increase energy, serve cake, and prepare the room for subsequent guests.
• Gain experience in multiple park positions through company training, preventing job monotony.
