About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, love being the center of attention, and have a passion for creating perfect parties. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun-filled experience for guests at Urban Air.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service, as tips are a possibility.
• Execute parties flawlessly, including setting up the party room, assisting guests, and serving food like pizza.
• Manage party timing effectively, knowing when to increase energy, serve cake, and prepare the room for subsequent guests.
• Be trained to work in various park positions to ensure a diverse and engaging job experience.
