About The Position
Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, love being the center of attention, and have a talent for creating memorable party experiences. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of parties, from setup to guest interaction and timing of events. The company also offers training for various park positions, providing a diverse work experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Great personality and people-oriented.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Nice To Haves
- Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service, as tips are part of the compensation.
- Set up party rooms, assist parents and guests, and serve food and beverages.
- Manage party timing, including energizing guests, serving cake, and preparing the room for subsequent parties.
- Receive training to work in various park positions, ensuring a dynamic job experience.
