About The Position
Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts in Vancouver. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring every party runs smoothly and is filled with fun and excitement. The company offers training for various park positions, ensuring a dynamic work environment where the job never gets stale. Urban Air Adventure Parks is a leading indoor adventure park operator, dedicated to helping children have fun and aim higher.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Ability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Great personality and people-oriented.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
Nice To Haves
- Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service, as guest tips are part of the compensation.
- Set up party rooms, assist guests and parents, and manage the delivery of food, including pizza and cake.
- Manage party timing effectively, knowing when to increase energy, serve cake, and prepare the room for the next guests.
- Receive training to work in various park positions, offering a diverse range of roles and preventing job monotony.
