About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, being the life of the party, and have a knack for executing perfect parties. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for creating a fun-filled experience for guests, setting up party rooms, assisting parents and guests, and managing the timing of party events. The company also offers training to work in various park positions, ensuring the role remains dynamic.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile, as they will be providing tips.
• Execute parties with perfection, including setting up the room and assisting guests.
• Serve hot, fresh pizza to party guests.
• Manage party timing, including energy levels, cake presentation, and room readiness for subsequent guests.
• Receive training to work in each position of the Park.
