About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, love being the center of attention, and have a talent for executing memorable parties. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun-filled experience for guests at Urban Air.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile as the first point of contact.
• Execute parties with perfection, including room setup, assisting guests, and serving food.
• Manage party timing effectively, including energizing guests, serving cake, and preparing the room for subsequent parties.
• Receive training to work in various park positions, ensuring job variety.
