About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, being the life of the party, and executing memorable events. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun-filled experience for guests, from setup to execution, and will have the opportunity to be trained in various park positions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service, as tips are involved.
• Execute parties with perfection, including setting up rooms, assisting parents/guests, and serving food.
• Manage party timing effectively, including energizing guests, serving cake, and preparing the room for the next group.
• Receive training to work in each position of the Park, ensuring job variety.
