About The Position

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, love being the center of attention, and have a passion for creating perfect parties. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring a fun-filled experience for guests, from greeting them with a smile to executing the party flawlessly. The company also offers training for various park positions, ensuring the role remains dynamic and engaging.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests warmly, as they will be providing tips.
• Set up party rooms, assist parents/guests, and serve food like pizza.
• Manage party timing, including energizing the guests, serving cake, and preparing the room for the next group.
• Receive training to work in various park positions to keep the job varied.
