About The Position

Urban Air is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Party Hosts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working with children, love being the center of attention, and have a talent for creating memorable party experiences. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of parties, from setup to execution, and will have the opportunity to be cross-trained in various park positions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Great personality and people-oriented.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work two (2) out of three (3) weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Set up party rooms and ensure all arrangements are perfect.
• Assist parents and guests throughout the party.
• Serve food, including pizza, and manage timing for activities like cake cutting.
• Maintain high energy levels and create a fun atmosphere.
• Be cross-trained to work in other positions within the park.
