With over 1,300 locations in development and plans to expand even more, we’re looking for energetic and motivated Party Consultants to help make unforgettable experiences happen! As a Party Consultant (Call Center Representative), you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, working with them to design the ultimate party experience. You’ll be responsible for selling our fantastic party packages, which include food, drinks, and exciting attractions for birthday parties, corporate events, and more! Requirements

Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and thrive in a high-energy, fun environment.
Drive to learn, develop sales skills, and grow within the company.
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

Booking events, handling inbound/outbound inquiries, and working with our guests to craft the perfect experience.
Following up with guests to ensure everything went as planned, aiming to create repeat business and glowing referrals.
Collaborating with the team to help drive the success of our events and sales efforts.
Maintaining a positive, energetic attitude.

Benefits

$10 Base Pay + Commission (Unlimited)
Incentives: Earn $5 for every birthday party you sell and another $5 for each upgraded event. Up to $2k+ in commission bi-weekly.
Growth Opportunities: As you master the role, you'll have the chance to book additional special events, further increasing your commissions!
