About The Position
The purpose of this position is to stock, organize, ship, and/or receive parts for the dealership to be distributed to internal departments, sales people, and/or customers. This role does not supervise any staff.
Requirements
- Customer Service focused.
- Able to work through multiple transactions and/or interactions simultaneously.
- Basic computer usage and navigation knowledge.
- Verbal and written communication to include simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Able to speak precisely and clearly.
- Detailed orientated – verbal, written, and observational.
- Complete daily tasks without constant supervision.
- Maintain a clean work environment while completing job tasks.
- Dependable and reliable in attendance and achievement of job tasks.
- Able to lift 50 lbs or more.
Responsibilities
- Packs and ships parts orders.
- Receives parts and puts them on the shelves.
- Operates powered industrial forklift to transport inventory.
- Loads and unloads freight trucks.
- Packs core and warranty for return.
- Performs cycle counts.
- Keeps warehouse area safe, clean and organized.
