About The Position

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Warehouse Worker. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join their growing team of established and successful parts professionals. At the direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Warehouse position will be required to excel in all clerical and warehouse areas of Parts Operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Intermediate computer, keyboarding, MS Word and Excel skills
• Ability to learn new software products (Warrtrack, literature/media requests, SIB requests etc.)
• Ability to understand the basic principles of inventory control
• Ability to perform tasks with little or no supervision
• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks
• Ability to resolve problems and make sound decisions
• Ability to work independently & efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Strong customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree in a business discipline or Technical school
• Strong customer service support experience in a mechanical / parts environment, demonstrating ability to quickly learn to use various computer systems
• Familiarity with product line

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean safe work environment
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift
• Load and unload parts truck and freight deliveries
• Efficiently and accurately pick, put away and deliver parts orders to designated shop and will call areas
• Perform basic shipping, receiving, freight in bound and out bound tasks
• Fabricate hoses
• Inspect and process cores and warranty accurately and efficiently
• Accurately complete all paperwork and required documentation
• Perform additional tasks as directed
• Work regular overtime as required
• Maintain professional behavior consistent with the Mission, Vision and values of Cleveland Brothers
