About The Position

Industrial Power, LLC is looking for a Parts Warehouse Specialist to join their Parts team. This is a hands-on role within the dealership operation, ensuring technicians and customers have the right parts, in the right place, at the right time. The company supports the commercial trucking industry with brands like Hino, Isuzu, Cummins, and Allison. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to learn parts identification, inventory procedures, and warehouse processes.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and remain physically active throughout the workday.
  • Commitment to following company safety procedures and warehouse standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, dealership, automotive, or commercial truck parts experience preferred.
  • Experience with CDK or similar inventory management systems is preferred.
  • Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification if required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming parts shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Pull, stage, and prepare parts for technicians, retail customers, and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory locations and complete scheduled cycle counts, including one full cycle count each quarter.
  • Research and reconcile parts with missing or incorrect inventory locations.
  • Monitor and maintain special order and return shelves.
  • Review Will Call parts and identify invoices aging beyond 14 days, communicating with Parts Sales personnel to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain an organized and current Service staging area.
  • Process parts returns and properly restock merchandise once credit has been issued.
  • Track and process cores, warranty parts, returns, and outgoing shipments.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records within CDK.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Complete required daily equipment and forklift pre-use inspections.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse.
  • Partner closely with the Parts and Service teams to respond to customer and technician needs.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and overall efficiency.
