About The Position

Dallas Trailer Repair Co. is seeking a Parts Warehouse Personnel to join their team. This role involves professional interaction with customers, adherence to company policies, and efficient management of warehouse inventory. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Able to pass drug test/medical physical exam
Able to pass 10-year background check.
Valid DL and clear MVR (if applicable)
Must be forklift certified or able to pass and obtain
Basic math skills
Understanding of units of measure
Able to read and interpret documents such as packing slips and invoices
Efficient and detail oriented worker
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

Professionally, and with excellent customer service, interact with customers
Able to follow company and department policies and procedures
Receiving of inventory and incoming shipments, including identifying damage or shortages
Pick, pull, process and ship outgoing orders
Stock inventory according to assigned bin location
Pull parts for work-in-process and deliver to job location on site
Safely load and secure large items or large quantities of items for transport in or on truck or trailer
Perform cycle counts and inventory counts as needed or requested
Notify management of stock, equipment or building damage
Ensure a safe, organized, and tidy workspace. Follow all health and safety rules and guidelines, as well as common sense safety practices.
Ability to work independently, as well as support coworkers, able to work as part of team and work well with co-workers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
