Requirements
- Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be organized with good time management skills.
- Possesses proven analytical/problem-solving skills for the customer and company.
- Computer proficiency.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and fulfills warehouse orders in accordance with set schedules.
- Processes supply orders, pulls materials, and organizes orders in the delivery area.
- Prepares invoices for parts orders.
- Collaborates with drivers to coordinate efficient routes based on filled orders.
- Maintains high-quality standards for audits through meticulous inventory controls, including performing physical counts and reconciling stock counts with computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods.
- Restocks items as necessary.
- Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
- Monitors and maintains inventory levels.
- Processes purchasing orders as required.
- Ensures a safe and clean work environment through routine housekeeping tasks, maintaining organized and neat shelves and workstations.
- Maintains a clean shipping supply area.
- Complies with established procedures, rules, and regulations.
