About The Position

The Parts Warehouse Person position at Servco Leeward provides genuine Toyota and Chevy parts to our service department and retail customers by receiving, stocking, and pulling parts in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Minimum six months of automotive experience
Warehouse work experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to obtain Hazmat and forklift certification
Ability to operate a forklift
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
Good communication and customer relations skills
Ability to type a minimum of 15 wpm
Basic computer skills
DealerTrack knowledge preferred
Must be able to follow instructions, be detail oriented and a team player
Must be able to work a 4/10 (4 days per week, 10 hours per day) work schedule; Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday from 7:00am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities

Accurately receive and check-in parts to ensure correct part and quantity and inspect to ensure condition of parts are acceptable
Scan and/or input parts information in computer system
Pull parts for counter personnel and auto technicians
Pack parts for returns
Handles all required paperwork
Receive, catalog, and dispose of warranty parts and scrappage as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
Perform cycle counting and annual inventory
May also build and replace bins and storage racks
