About The Position

The Parts Warehouse Person prepares and fulfills warehouse orders according to established schedules. The role processes supply orders, pulls and organizes parts for delivery, prepares invoices, and coordinates with drivers on routes and order fulfillment. It also supports inventory accuracy and audit standards by performing physical counts and reconciling stock with computer-generated reports. Additional duties include receiving, unpacking, delivering, and restocking goods; documenting returns; monitoring inventory; processing purchasing orders; and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area. The position is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and its stated hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Must pass a post-offer drug screening, physical examination including a lift test, and background check.

Responsibilities

Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders.
Pull materials and parts and place orders in the delivery area.
Prepare invoices for parts orders.
Interact with drivers and organize their routes according to filled orders.
Process invoices received from drivers.
Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile actual stock with computer-generated reports.
Receive, unpack, and deliver goods.
Restock items as necessary.
Process and document returns according to established procedures.
Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
Process purchasing orders as required.
Perform routine housekeeping and maintain clean, organized shelves, workstations, and shipping supply areas.
Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
