About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience and dependability
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented individuals.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Prior knowledge of computer inventory systems and MS Office is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment by overseeing the organization and processing of inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Maintain daily and weekly communication with the Parts Manager regarding any issues or overstock concerns within the warehouse.
  • Ensure delivery processes are followed and drivers are dispatched using Elite Extra after verifying no other orders are pending.
  • Regularly analyze departmental operations and storage layouts and adjust as necessary to maximize productivity.
  • Receive all incoming parts, including new parts, cores, returns, etc., and verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation. Report any discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure daily stock items are checked and placed in their correct locations.
  • Oversee the daily warehouse checklist to ensure compliance and targets are consistently met.
  • Assist the warehouse team when inventory is difficult to locate for dispatch.
  • Handle high-volume email traffic for transfers, secure product for safe transport, create BOLs for LTL shipments, and handle UPS, FedEx, or interbranch deliveries.
  • Process vendor returns, warranty parts, and organize cores to be transferred to other branches or vendors.
  • Assist with annual parts inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies in compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
