About The Position

Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with immediate opening in our Baltimore, MD branch location. This is an opportunity to grow professionally with the leader in the transportation industry. The individual in the position must be willing to learn the truck trailer trade and accept additional responsibilities to develop and advance within our organization. Payrate could be adjusted for industry experience. Requirements

Must have clean driver license with 3 years minimum driving experience.
Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Must be committed to a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Must present a professional, positive, results oriented, problem-solving attitude.
Must have good written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and multi-task.
Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test and DOT physical if required.

Responsibilities

Receive daily shipments and account for all items.
Delivery of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts to customers.
Assist with parts counter customers and sales agents.
Prepare orders for shipping.
Pull and load orders for deliveries.
Place stock on shelves, bins, and pallet racks.
Pull overstock down and reload parts bins.
Perform inventory cycle counts as directed by supervisor.
Assist in damage and loss prevention.
Load parts in customer’s vehicles.
Provide courteous and professional customer service.
Develop product knowledge through involvement in Company and vendor sponsored training programs.
Adherence to company safety program.
All other duties as assigned.
