About The Position

Arrigo CDJR West Palm Beach is looking for a Parts Warehouse Clerk to join our Team! We offer our associates great benefits and ongoing training and support. Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Availability to work various shifts Monday through Saturday 7 AM to 6 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct shipping and receiving activities using dealership procedures.
• Report all overages and shortages to the inventory Control Clerk.
• Stock all parts and accessories in their correct bins and/or locations.
• Control all special and emergency orders by tagging them and notifying the appropriate person.
• Ship all parts and accessories in accordance with the carriers shipping instructions (i.e., route, ups, bus, express, etc.).
• Maintain the physical inventory by keeping stock - (1) in the proper location (2) in the sealable condition and (3) free of safety hazards.
• Maintain bins, racks, and other equipment in working order.
• Notify management of any needed repairs.
• Keep bin labels and location designations accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct a perpetual inventory as directed by management.
• Ensure dealership's shipping and receiving procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure promised delivery times to customers are kept.
• Ensure inventory is organized and stocked in correct locations.
• Ensure 100% of the bin's labels are accurate and up to date.
• Ensure all emergency and special orders are tagged with proper notification given to the appropriate person(s).
• Ensure accurate information and documentation are provided to inventory clerk.
