About The Position
The Parts Warehouse Clerk operates under the supervision of the Parts Manager and Parts Warehouse Supervisor and is primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, taking inventory, keeping records, and organizing the shipping of products stored in the warehouse.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Class D license required
Nice To Haves
- Prior Forklift Certification preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Pull, organize, and deliver products for customer orders
- Build delivery routes and dispatch drivers
- Organize for the shipping of products stored in the warehouse
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, or sort product
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Report any discrepancies in inventoried products to Parts Warehouse Supervisor
- Collaborate with Parts Warehouse Supervisor on creative solutions to inventory issues as they arise
- Receive, sort, and store new and existing products
- Take inventory and keep records of products stored in the warehouse
- Other duties as assigned
