About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Basic math and reading skills to complete assignments and paperwork accurately
Strong ability to follow oral and written instructions
Comfortable working around moving mechanical parts and in varying temperature conditions
No lifting restrictions; willing to work at heights when necessary
Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels and occasional adverse weather during commute

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred

Responsibilities

Load, unload, pick, put away, consolidate, stack, and stage automotive parts in designated warehouse areas
Follow detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks safely and accurately
Verify paperwork accuracy and ensure timely processing of shipping and receiving documents
Support warehouse operations to maintain smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Inspect pallets and cases for correct quantities, part numbers, and physical condition
Report any issues or process improvement suggestions to management promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
Assist with warehouse security and promote safety protocols consistently
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
