About The Position

The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering parts. This role involves stocking shelves, racks, cases, and bins with parts, and may include periodic physical counts of stock or checking/changing/organizing parts. Requirements

  • Automotive dealership service experience is a plus.
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Working knowledge of computers.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, and deliver parts.
  • Stock shelves, racks, cases, and bins with parts.
  • Periodically take physical count of stock or check/change/organize parts.
  • Compare parts invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct.
  • Organize parts on shelves and bins.
  • Receive, open, unpack and issue parts.
  • Stock parts on shelves, racks, cases, and bins.
  • Take inventory or examine parts to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
  • Assist in Physical Parts Inventory audit.
  • Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
  • Stamp, attach, or change price tags and labels on parts.
  • Transport packages to customers and technicians.
  • Perform various housekeeping tasks in department and facility as required.
