About The Position

The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the parts department, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting the parts and service departments with various tasks. This role involves stocking inventory, delivering parts, assisting with shipping and receiving, conducting inventory checks, and supporting Parts Advisors as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• No prior experience or training needed or up to one-month related experience or training would be great.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Must be 18 years or older with a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Light to heavy lifting sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that areas of the parts department are properly stocked with correct inventory in the correct bin.
• Picks up and/or delivers parts to designated locations when instructed by the parts or service departments.
• Ensures the cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of used boxes and trash, sweeping floors and dusting parts bins daily.
• Assist Parts shipping and receiving Department with incoming and outbound inventory.
• Do daily and yearly inventory bin checks.
• Assist Parts Advisors with daily duties as needed.
