Requirements

Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Possesses proven analytical/problem-solving skills for the customer and company.
Computer proficiency.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Must be able to pass post-offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check.

Responsibilities

Prepare and fulfill warehouse orders in accordance with set schedules.
Process supply orders.
Pull materials and parts and place orders in the delivery area.
Prepare invoices for parts orders.
Collaborate with drivers to coordinate efficient routes based on filled orders.
Maintain high-quality standards for audits through meticulous inventory controls.
Perform physical counts and reconcile stock counts with computer-generated reports.
Receive, unpack, and deliver goods.
Restock items as necessary.
Process and document returns as required following established procedures.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
Process purchasing orders as required.
Perform routine housekeeping tasks to ensure an organized and clean work environment.
Maintain clean shipping supply area.
Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
