About The Position
The City of Cape Girardeau is currently accepting applications for a Temporary Part-Time Parts Technician in the Public Works Department. This position is responsible for assisting the Fleet Division with researching, locating, and purchasing parts and inventory, maintaining parts supply and inventory, and creating and assigning inventory to work orders. The role will also involve receiving parts and recording unit numbers, dates, and invoice numbers.
Requirements
- Knowledge of computers and data entry
- Identification of automotive parts
- Written and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Valid Missouri Class “E” driver’s license
