Requirements

Clean driving record or minimal violations.
Valid Driver's license.
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to speak clearly and understand others.
Sufficient manual dexterity to operate computers, tablets, phones, and other office machines.
Visual acuity to see details of objects up close.
Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for extended periods.
Frequent reaching, bending, repetitive hand movements, twisting, standing, walking, sitting, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
Frequent lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
Regular, punctual attendance.

Nice To Haves

Ability to operate a full size vehicle, change a flat-tire, etc. in all weather conditions.
Ability to follow navigation system, read maps, understand the street numbering systems.

Responsibilities

Receipt of delivered parts and updating the DMS.
Organizing parts in appropriate bins or creating new bin locations.
Delivering parts to customers, verifying order accuracy, and collecting payments.
Picking up parts ordered by the parts department from local suppliers.
Printing invoices, pulling and loading parts, and verifying order completeness.
Maintaining an accurate and complete delivery log.
Keeping the parts department clean and organized, including aisleways and removing boxes.
Following safe driving practices and maintaining a clean driving record.
Operating a full-size vehicle, including changing a flat tire.
Using navigation systems, reading maps, and understanding street numbering systems.
Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the Parts delivery vehicle.
Being attentive to customer needs and responsive to inquiries.
Modeling professionalism and representing the company.
Demonstrating concern for departmental needs, including accepting overtime, following up on parts, assisting technicians, and training apprentices.
Practicing safe work habits and using personal protective equipment.
Performing any other tasks required by the manager.
