About The Position

Papé Machinery is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead parts operations at our McMinnville location. This leadership role is responsible for parts department execution, inventory performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. You will lead daily operations, improve process consistency, and help ensure customers and technicians have the right parts when they need them. This role requires a leader who can balance customer service, technician support, inventory health, and department profitability while building a team that operates with urgency, accuracy, and accountability. Requirements

  • Leadership experience in parts or dealership operations.
  • Strong knowledge of parts workflow, inventory control, and department processes.
  • Agricultural or equipment parts knowledge, preferably John Deere.
  • Ability to lead people, improve accountability, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, business system proficiency, and seasonal overtime flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily parts operations, inventory accuracy, and customer support.
  • Manage stocking, receiving, cycle counts, returns, claims, and obsolete inventory.
  • Drive sales, margins, freight control, and department profitability.
  • Coach the team, build accountability, and partner with service, sales, and customers to support equipment uptime and overall branch performance.
