Mustang Cat is actively recruiting a Parts Supervisor to oversee and perform the day-to-day operations of our Willis Parts Store. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced parts warehouse environment and is passionate about team success, operational excellence, and customer service. 🔧 What You’ll Do as a Parts Supervisor: As a Parts Supervisor, you will lead store operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. Responsibilities include: • Supervising daily operations of the parts store and ensuring safe work practices • Managing staff including staffing, performance, coaching, and engagement • Overseeing inventory control and shuttle truck operations • Monitoring and managing store profitability • Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and expectations

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a parts warehouse environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • Professional communication skills (verbal, written, email, phone, face-to-face)
  • Demonstrated success in a leadership role
  • Strong dedication to exceptional customer service
  • Outgoing, positive personality
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to go above and beyond

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Knowledge of Cat systems
