Requirements
- The ability to obtain (or already possess) a forklift certification.
- Basic computer tasks and ability to learn new systems like Microsoft Office Suite and ERP.
- Self-starter, motivated to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Team player, enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
- Resourceful, good at finding solutions and making things happen.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a related field.
- Familiarity with ERP software.
- Familiarity with GMPs.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
- Familiarity with material handling.
Responsibilities
- Staging and preparing items to ensure Production lines run smoothly.
- Operating a forklift daily after gaining certification.
- Managing inventory, pulling necessary items, organizing materials, and assisting with cycle counting and adjustments in the ERP system.
- Contributing to efficiency by actively looking for and recommending process improvements.
- Relaying important inventory information to Production Leads.
- Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Safe Practices.
