About The Position

You’ll be the steady hand behind the scenes, helping customers and teammates get the right parts, right when they need them. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will keep operations running smoothly and build trust with every interaction.

Requirements

  • Experience working with parts (automotive, construction, or material handling), with the ability to understand customer needs and find the right solution
  • A strong customer-first mindset, balancing priorities between customers and internal technicians with a sense of urgency
  • Sharp attention to detail and comfort learning and working across multiple systems and data
  • Clear communication skills and experience in customer service

Responsibilities

  • Support customers and teammates with accurate, timely parts research, quotes, and order processing
  • Investigate and resolve parts discrepancies to keep orders, shipments, and deliveries on track
  • Maintain clear, organized records while entering data across systems with precision
  • Handle inbound calls and use digital tools, manuals, and resources to find the right solutions
