About The Position
The automotive parts world changes quickly so if you like continuous learning, join our parts department as a Parts Counter Specialist. You will play a key role in delivering Outstanding Customer Service, as you engage with our customers to deliver the right part, on time, every time.
Requirements
- Prior automotive and/or parts experience preferred, but willing to train if you’re willing to learn!
- Basic computer knowledge needed to use web-based sales tools, catalogs and shipping software
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities
- Provide our technicians with the correct parts to maximize their efficiency
- Assist our external customers in-person and on the phone
- Pull parts orders for daily shipments, deliveries or pick-ups
- Monitor parts inventory levels and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Work with customers on special order parts
