Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • High school degree or GED equivalent
  • Forklift certification OR ability to obtain (provided by Lift)
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely drive a company van or truck
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with parts or in a customer service role would be a bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Working full-time from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Professionally speaking with customers and internal staff over the phone, through email, and in person to assist them with parts-related inquiries
  • Answering questions and delivering terrific customer service
  • Fulfilling parts orders accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Safely driving a company vehicle and delivering parts to customers and staff within our service area
  • Coordinating with vendors to obtain inventory based on customers' orders
  • Accurately pulling and shipping orders from our stockroom
