Requirements
- 18+ years old
- High school degree or GED equivalent
- Forklift certification OR ability to obtain (provided by Lift)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to safely drive a company van or truck
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working with parts or in a customer service role would be a bonus!
Responsibilities
- Working full-time from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Professionally speaking with customers and internal staff over the phone, through email, and in person to assist them with parts-related inquiries
- Answering questions and delivering terrific customer service
- Fulfilling parts orders accurately and in a timely fashion
- Safely driving a company vehicle and delivering parts to customers and staff within our service area
- Coordinating with vendors to obtain inventory based on customers' orders
- Accurately pulling and shipping orders from our stockroom
