Requirements
- Proven automotive parts counter or related experience preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance fundamentals
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and parts lookup systems
- Fast learner with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented, dependable, and detail-focused
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to retail and internal service department customers
- Accurately identify and source automotive parts to meet customer and technician needs
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding parts availability, pricing, and timelines
- Maintain proper inventory levels, track special orders, and ensure timely fulfillment
- Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing parts displays, labeling, and organization for optimal efficiency
- Adhere to dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety standards
