About The Position
At Neumayer Equipment Company, the Parts Department is responsible for the organization, procurement, and distribution of vehicle and equipment spare parts. This role directly supports Field Service Technicians and petroleum installation crews.
Requirements
- Experience working in an equipment warehouse, billing, or parts department.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Basic mechanical/technical aptitude.
- Familiarity with computer software, networking, and purchasing/inventory systems.
Nice To Haves
- Sage 100 experience
Responsibilities
- Managing and organizing stock levels, issuing parts, and maintaining accurate counts for equipment and warehouse stock.
- Ordering, receiving, and verifying incoming parts from suppliers.
- Packaging, tracking, and delivering necessary replacement parts to service technicians or active job sites.
- Processing invoices, reconciling purchase orders, and handling related job-cost and purchasing paperwork.
- Maintaining strict inventory control to ensure accuracy throughout the company.
- Managing the return of unused parts and core components to the main warehouse.
