About The Position
K&R Staffing is recruiting a Parts Specialist for a well-established trailer and heavy equipment repair company. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who enjoys helping customers, processing orders, and working in a fast-paced environment. No truck or trailer parts experience required. We will train the right candidate. Customer service, retail sales, auto parts, inventory, warehouse, and inside sales experience are all welcome.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills required
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and customer inquiries
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales, customer service, or parts experience is preferred
- Experience with heavy trucks, trailers, construction equipment, or related industries is a strong plus
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with customers in a parts sales environment
- Knowledge of heavy-duty truck or trailer components is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with parts inquiries and sales over the phone and in person
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Upload and maintain inventory and stock listings on the company website
- Enter and update inventory information in company systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and product support
- Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintain an organized and professional workspace
