The Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to departmental Managers and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations. This role is essential for troubleshooting and resolving safety, service, and operational issues, maintaining and distributing department-related information daily, and communicating with other supervisors and managers about operational issues. The Specialist will also manage the office and act as a proxy for KRONOS for all daily updates for drivers and helpers. Responsibilities include using Microsoft Suite and additional software tools to manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor, assisting with payment processing and other financial tasks, supporting operational projects, and communicating with customers and employees regarding service and scheduling.
