Parts Specialist
About The Position
This position acts as the primary point of contact for NAPA’s customer. A person in this position is responsible for sourcing parts sales and maintaining personal and store image while ensuring customers receive a good experience. This person will provide knowledge about auto part features, benefits, and warranty information to our customer. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our Integrated Business Solutions (IBS) team which will work directly onsite within one of our government, transportation, commercial, and dealership customer’s place of business to provide their parts needs!
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- GED preferred.
- Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated.
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
- Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
- Valid Driver’s License required for some locations based on store needs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain good relations.

- Assist in receiving/stocking merchandise.
- Deliver parts to customers when needed.
- Travel to various locations to assist when needed.
