About The Position

Regal Boats is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. The Parts Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process by ensuring the accurate sourcing, verification, inventory management, and distribution of parts and materials.

Familiarity with boating or manufacturing industry parts and materials.

Responsibilities

Source, receive, and verify incoming parts and materials, ensuring accuracy in quantity, description, product codes, and condition.
Maintain an organized parts inventory using the warehouse management system (WMS).
Coordinate with departments to fulfill parts requests and manage inventory replenishment.
Process shipments and package materials accurately for distribution.
Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools.
Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of parts.
Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures.
Adhere to all safety and quality standards while working in the parts department.
