About The Position

Requirements

• Formal parts training and/or relevant industry experience is beneficial.
• Ability to learn mechanical and technical terms.
• Experience with parts operating systems, or willingness to learn them, and proficiency with technology and tools.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and help customers find the parts they need.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members to complete work effectively.
• Manage inventory and keep stock organized.
• Use the inventory system to locate and procure parts and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
• Keep the showroom clean and inviting.
