Requirements

Certification in Red Seal Parts and Warehousing.
Successful completion of ITA parts apprentice program or 5+ years of direct experience.
Proficient knowledge of equipment systems and repairs.
Good computer and systems knowledge.
Strong technical background and capable of communicating with technicians and customers regarding parts and service.
Comfortable with learning new software.

Nice To Haves

Develop a strong understanding of the department’s sales performance and understand customer’s needs.
Develop skills for providing customer solutions, including telephone selling, both inbound and outbound.

Responsibilities

Support external and internal customers with exceptional solutions in parts sales, purchasing, and requisitioning.
Determine parts requirements with customers and technicians.
Expedite and provide order processing services.
Report customer satisfaction, trends and other useful information to Parts supervisor.
Report any possible leads for equipment sales to the sales team.
Develop rapport with customers and be the eyes and ears of the branch.
Take opportunities to make a difference.
Complete any additional tasks or projects as requested.
