About The Position
Joyce Koons Automotive is seeking a Parts Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team in Manassas, VA. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of parts shipments and deliveries to support our operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed (50 lbs).
- Proficient with basic computer applications and inventory systems.
- Effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming parts shipments.
- Prepare and package parts for shipment to various locations or customers.
- Maintain organized and clean shipping and receiving areas.
- Manage drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assist with inventory counts and reporting.
- Pull Monthly Returns
- Operate Forklift
