About The Position

Olympia Subaru is looking for a dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Parts Department. Requirements

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift, move, and carry parts and packages as needed
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and time-management skills
Dependable work ethic and commitment to accuracy
Must be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license
Have a clean driving record
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and merchandise shipments
Accurately process and stock inventory in designated locations
Prepare and package outgoing shipments according to company standards
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling and organization
Assist with cycle counts and inventory control procedures
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Coordinate with Parts Department staff to fulfill internal and customer orders
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory concerns
Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer guidelines
