Requirements

• Basic automotive knowledge for recognition of different automotive service and repair parts.
• Ability to identify damages to components during assessments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt in a very high volume and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, independent, process driven and a team player with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CDK system is an asset.
• Have a valid British Columbia driver’s license, with a clean driver’s abstract.

Responsibilities

• Checking in, sorting, and inspecting daily parts orders.
• Performing damage assessments of received parts.
• Shelving received parts stock appropriately.
• Preparing outbound parts orders for delivery.
• Separating and delivering parts.
• Reporting any safety or integrity issues of the dealership to management.
• Providing additional departmental assistance as required.
• Submitting damage claims for damaged components.
• Following all required safety instructions in handling equipment and materials.
