About The Position
Nucar Toyota of North Attleboro is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Parts Department. If you enjoy staying organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience.
- Forklift certification or training (preferred, but not required).
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by completing weekly bin counts.
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe.
- Deliver wholesale and customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Pick up daily supplemental orders from the warehouse.
- Perform routine inspections of delivery vehicles and report any maintenance needs.
- Represent the dealership with a professional appearance and excellent customer service during deliveries.
