The P&S Proposal Coordinator will support the national Parts & Services sales organization by owning and coordinating customer-specific P&S proposals across regions, ensuring each proposal clearly defines scope, value-added elements, services, and commercial conditions. Working closely with the P&S Sales Support Manager, Sales teams, Pricing, Finance, Services, and Product stakeholders, this role ensures proposals are accurate, compliant, timely, and aligned with Sandvik’s commercial strategy and margin expectations. The position emphasizes execution excellence, process standardization, and continuous improvement of P&S proposal workflows, focusing on clarity, completeness, and value communication.
