About The Position

River Valley Powersport is looking for a passionate, hands-on Powersports Parts & Service Team Member to join their Rochester dealership team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the powersports lifestyle and wants to build a career around motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, boats, riding gear, and outdoor recreation. The position combines parts support, inventory management, customer interaction, dealership operations, and service department support within a growing marine and powersports dealership group. Requirements

  • Genuine passion for powersports, motorcycles, boating, motorsports, or outdoor recreation
  • Friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working hands-on and staying active throughout the day
  • Strong work ethic and team-first mindset
  • Ability to lift and move tires, batteries, accessories, and shipments
  • Basic computer and order-entry skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload incoming powersports and marine parts shipments
  • Stock, organize, and maintain inventory accuracy throughout the dealership
  • Support service technicians with parts lookup and order fulfillment
  • Assist customers in-person and over the phone with parts questions and accessory needs
  • Process parts orders, invoices, payments, and special-order requests
  • Help riders and customers find the right parts, gear, accessories, and maintenance items
  • Keep the parts department clean, organized, and customer-ready
  • Assist with Saturday dealership operations (weekday off provided)
  • Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales teams in a high-energy dealership environment
