About The Position

PleasureLand RV Center/Napa is seeking a full-time Parts Sales associate for their West Salem, WI location. This role involves providing outstanding customer service in person and over the phone, assisting customers throughout the sales process, determining their needs, and maintaining inventory and the store floor. The company has been ensuring customer satisfaction and helping people select the right auto parts since 1971 and is looking for someone to contribute to its continued prosperity and growth.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Provide a positive and informational parts experience for customers by answering questions about products and helping find the correct merchandise to meet their needs.
Process sales including entering orders, pulling product from inventory, scheduling and completing deliveries.
Maintain the organization of the Napa sales floor, delivery area, and warehouse by restocking and maintaining cleanliness while assisting in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the sales floor in a timely manner.
Build a professional relationship with customers based on honesty, integrity, and industry leading product knowledge, aiming to be their main contact for parts needs.
Willingness to continually expand product knowledge through in-house and factory training programs.
