About The Position

The Parts Sales Representative is an outside sales position where you will identify and nurture strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting. Researches and analyzes current and future business opportunities. Works with marketing, sales and product solutions teams to implement business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Strong desire to learn products, company and business

  • Previous sales experience
  • CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls (out in the field) and emails and presents to the company.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and sales team.
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
